Corruption Confirmed

Below are audio files received in response to a lawfully issued subpoena. There was one major issue with these recordings that made no sense, and the only explanation could be that the Sheriff’s office had provided edited recordings of the radio traffic the day of the incident with Howell. You’ll notice the time-date stamp before any nonconsecutive communications. These recordings apparently lack the full scope of radio communications that were recorded.

The equipment that produced these recordings is designed to include a time-date stamp if there is a break in communications. ‘Dead air’ requires the same amount of data storage as spoken communications. There shouldn’t be any extended periods of silence heard in these recordings. There should only be sequential communications, or there will be a time-date stamp marking the break in communications. Anson County Communications is managed by the Sheriff’s office.

The capture of the photo above in February of 2015 was the reason Chief Deputy David Scott Howell gave the court as justification for my first encounter with his corruption. That encounter led to a nationwide broadcast to law enforcement throughout that I was an ‘extremist’ of some sort. Other aspects of his corrupt and libelous assault were that I was in possession of narcotics that I have not ever seen before and that I possessed something indicating I was possibly an Islamic extremist. My belief over the years has been that the piece about bath salts was because of then recent legislation immediately affecting my firearms rights, and the section linking me to Islamic terrorism was to create fear due to public sentiment at the time caused by the Islamic terrorism in Paris the month before. I fully believe that this was an attempt to take my life with his false portrayal and the fear it created. If the next law enforcement officer I encountered following Howell’s nationwide broadcast had not been a friend since high school, would I be writing this?

Below is the current Sheriff of Anson County, NC, the only Sheriff in NC to not be elected by the people of the county.

The Area Dispatch investigation into Howell’s record has been blocked from exposing more of his corruption by NCDPS and the Anson County Sheriff’s Office preventing release of what should be considered public record information.

Every citizen of Anson County should have the ability to know the complete and truthful work history of the county’s lead law enforcement officer / highest government official, what he has done ‘in the line of duty,’ and how it appears he has been able to avoid accountability for his actions over many years. This same avoidance of responsibility has continued from his time with the Highway Patrol, and has shown to be persistent since near the start of his tenure with the Sheriff’s office.
